Qualified homeless/Veteran individuals are vetted, supported, and place on a probationary period to ensure they are equipped and ready for housing assistance.
Provision with qualification:
Teens meet weekly to discuss issues that affect their day to day life, community, home, peer pressure, sexuality, and the choices they have to make as they surf through life and its many challenges. They are responsible for each other and hold each other accountable for making the wrong decisions. Mentors and Life Coaches provided.
Letters of love and care are handwritten by children and sent to :
· Active men/women in the Army, Navy, Marines
· Veterans
· Widows and Widowers
· Child/Children who lose a parent
· Chronically ill patients
Care packages are combined with other services to ensure that these families are never in need so they can become active members of their communities.
· A student going off to college
· Widows and Widowers
· Children who lose a parent or have an incarcerated parent
· Chronically ill patients
· Parents of Special Needs child/children
Newly released individuals are provided a “unique beginning” by way of clothing (placed in our dress for success program), personal care items.
Letter of support sent to prospective employers (no recommendations).
Introduction to a Church community.
Required to join a Public Library.
